I love to cut pita into triangles, brush with olive oil , sprinkle on Za’tar and bake n the oven. Makes my very own delicious pita chips for dipping humus

I've had some of this Syrian za'atar continuously in my kitchen for years now. I've tried others and none of them compare for me. Delightful amount of citrus from the sumac. Can go sweet (with honey or apricot jam on toast) or savory (avocado toast and more). Love it.
