My husband really goes through insane amounts of this spice, I didn't understand the loveliness of coriander until he initiated me. Now we are buying it in bulk and cannot be without it. So nice to toast the seeds and grind them fresh, brings such beautiful deep herbaceous flavors to the food. There are very few dishes that we don't add a little bit of coriander to.

I love how fresh the coriander is, however I thought I was purchasing the seeds not the grounded spice.
