Pressure-cooked pork marinated with Kofte spice on garlic pita with tomatoes, onion, lettuce and tzatziki sauce. Made Kofte gravy with leftover juices from the pressure cooker and turned it into Kofte pork benedict for breakfast which was even better than the pitas the night before! Kofte gravy was the bomb! The Kofte spice is a warm sweet/savory taste of Mediterranean!

A staple in my kitchen. I saute ground turkey or beef with some Kofte spice and then serve it in a rice bowl, wrap or on hummus for a very tasty, very easy meal.
