Should have purchased these years ago
I'm not sure if one brand of proofing tray is better than any other, but these offer light years difference in proofing your dough balls, opposed to putting them on a baking sheet with a wet towel!

Very Nice quality
Boxes are heavy / thick plastic- much more substantial than the other brands I’ve reviewed. I highly recommend
