Aiden Precision Coffee Maker

So many convenience and tweakability factors, and it's easy to dial in tasty coffee in a much pore consistent way than my typical pour over approach and skills. I have to take away one star for a very specific reason. I can't dispense directly into my 16 oz Carter Move mug or other 16ish ounce mugs that fit into normal car cup holders. I can understand the design considerations and constraints for overall Aiden height, but still bums me out.

So far, we love everything except for one thing. While we understand having a warming plate can make coffee taste burnt, the flip side is making a pot of coffee (especially for guests) and then having it be lukewarm within about 45 minutes is no bueno. Definitely would rather have a modest warming plate to provide a happy medium between not burning the brew and keeping it warm for at least 90 to 120 minutes. Hope it's helpful.

Every detail is well thought for the digital age. This is a product slapping digital experience on a proven coffee maker format. Instead it thinks from the first principles how coffee is brewed and how that should be done now that microcontrollers are given.
