The Baking Steel Griddle

I received the Griddle and I have cooked pizza on it using the 72-hour dough. Had a little trouble with some of the pizzas sliding off the peel. Parchment paper helped fix that problem. Made both regular and a gluten-free crusts. All of them turned out really good.

I use it for smash burgers. The thickness makes it a much better option when putting it onto a grill that sits up top of the griddle-grates.

This is my third baking steel, I have 3 different sizes and they are all amazing. I’ve given them as gifts and I use them a few times a week. Excellent additions to my kitchen and grill.
