The Gridiron Supra

Love it! Makes beautiful bread and keeps the oven evenly heated for regular day use too

I love it, with a caveats. The groove is not great due to its difficulty to clean, and the etched logo is way to large and in the wrong spot in my opinion. The other side is better.

So far so good!

I've only had a chance to use the supra a couple of times as a griddle and once as a pizza steel, it has performed well for all occasions and hope that the griddle becomes more non stick the more I use it (worked well enough for some easy over eggs with oil down, at this point definitely needs the oil though)! Only constructive criticism I would give is that I wish the edges weren't so squared (sharp?) As is quite heavy it would be nice if the edge had a slight bevel to soften it and make it a bit more comfortable to handle.
