Love this for pizza in the oven. Heat it up for an hour then, leave it in and turn on the broiler

Super Steel!
I ordered the ⅜” thick version with one flat side for pizzas/breads and the other side for using on the grill as a flat top with a groove for catching runoff. I’ve used it a few times and have been satisfied with the results. I tried the naan bread recipe they sent me and the results were outstanding. This product looks to be very well made and I can see it lasting as well as cast iron with proper care. I like that it is made in my home province of Manitoba.
