L Methylfolate 15 mg - A Mood-Boosting Supplement

Of all the OTC methylated folic acid brands that I have tried, over the past 15 or so years, I would say that methyl lifes product is the best and comparable to Deplin. Unfortunately though, Deplin is by prescription only and is not covered under Medicare so is not covered by my insurance at least.
