This salt is no comparison to regular table salt. I like the peace of mind knowing that it doesn't have toxic fillers and I love the burst of flavor it gives.

So much more than a sole...

I just finished my first year on Baja Gold. So much different than iodized salt. It has a more natural taste. I tried it on Gary Brecka's recommendation. He suggest a pinch in 8oz of water first thing in the morning as a sole. I modified his plan a bit. My water jug holds 34 oz and I put a small pinch in every fill-up throughout the day. I gives my water a taste and encourages more water intake. I buy the 5lb bag and it last over a year using it in my salt grinder as well. I live in the humid South and do not have that much problem with clumping either. Highly recommend for daily use for great tastes and wellness.
