Optimal Multivitamin

causes a burning flushing sensation for me

I am not critcal of the product it just apparently is incompatible with my body! When I take it, regardless of time of day or with or without food, I end up with a burning flushing sensation over my skin and I get red. It passes fairly soon but unfortunately another wasted supplement for me. I do have the MTHF mutation and hoped this methlylated formation would be ok for me.

The most comprehensive multivitamin I've found

I’ve been taking the Optimal Multivitamin since 2016. When I stop for a while and start again, I notice a clear improvement in my overall sense of well-being. The ingredient list is excellent. I like that the vitamins are methylated, the minerals are chelated, and that the formula includes cognitive and other targeted blends. These are things I would otherwise need separate supplements for. The additional ingredients are in low enough doses I can stack other supplements safely when necessary. Overall, it’s a solid, well-rounded multivitamin that has worked consistently well for me.
