I'm a BIG fan of Dr. Berg on Youtube. He recommended this high quality salt. I like it because it's easy to shake out of the shaker I ordered with this finely ground salt. Not overly salty, just right!!

Best tasting sea salt

We have been using salt from an ancient seabed company for the past few years. We just started using Baja Gold and the taste difference is amazing. Baja Gold adds character to a dish, not just "salt".

I have personally tried all the different sea salts. They all offer something different, but Baja Gold has the best flavor of them all! I have switched to using nothing but the Baja Gold. It works well with my fermentation projects also. It adds a extra dimension to the flavor. 5 stars in my opinion!
