The last batch I got was the crystals you grind and that was very good. This time I got the fine ground which is a little easier to use. I feel good using good tasting salt that also has all the good minerals for the body!

I've been adding this to my avocado and almost everything I eat, Daily! it tastes raw, real, natural and delish! I've been feeling better too and im sure it's the trace minerals im now getting. Cheers!
