Better than a capsule

I took Dim in capsule form for about 9 months switched to Rho and felt a difference in a couple of weeks. I am not sure if it is typical but for me I felt a big improvement.

Great option to add to routine!

Just added DIM to routine with other RHO products and it has been noticeable - less hormonal feelings as described with product. Not ready to take any medications for menopause, so using this to assist with more hormone balance. Recommend this product!
