I experience histamine intolerance responses. After learning certain strains of probiotics can release histamine, increasing histamine in the gut (the opposite of what I want). I came upon this probiotic, specifically designed for histamine sensitive individuals. I really like this blend of probiotics, I don't get all the side effects I did with other strains.
