I’ve been taking S. Boulardi for several months now. It does take a while to notice a difference and at this time I do believe it has helped my microbiome to be more balanced. Good product.

Great for taking with antibiotics

Hate to take antibiotics but there is a time and place when it’s absolutely necessary. Pairing with a quality probiotic is a must and this one is top notch! It’s a great choice as it’s a yeast not a bacteria so it isn’t killed by the antibiotic.
