Moving in Right Direction

I’ve been taking this for approx 2 weeks. I take mid-day, no discomfort with taking. And no bloating. Also started taking Ox-bile at night before bed…having mostly regular BMs…so optimistic that all is moving in right direction.

Improving

I’ve been taking S. Boulardi for several months now. It does take a while to notice a difference and at this time I do believe it has helped my microbiome to be more balanced. Good product.
