Better Calcium

I've been taking magnesium for over a year now. I started taking it as a sleep aid and I've been very happy with the results. I haven't taken any sleeping pills since I started taking the magnesium. I still have some problems waking up during the night, but I usually get a good night's sleep.

I signed up for auto-ship. I am very disappointed that my order was not shipped on time. I was without calcium for several days. I hope it doesn't happen again next month, or I will have to another source for calcium.

Feeling the changes

I purchased the products for their ratings and reviews. Their quality is high level. I find my sleep has improved.
