The Bison Tomahawk steaks from Northstar Bison is an absolutely scrumptious delight . I like to cook them over a HOT charcoal fire and enjoy them with a baked potato, grilled asparagus ,and a fine old vine Zinfandel. My dear wife( of 58 years) completes this truly memorable occasion .

Big, big hit! There is no substitute for bison chops! Best tasting cut of meat I’ve ever had the pleasure of. I’m a whitetail deer and Elk hunter. I don’t even look at the red meat section of my local grocery store. Eating these chops has me planning a bison hunt!
