Chuck Roast
The chuck roast is delicious. Taste is bold and rich. Cooked slow in a crockpot and the meat was perfect texture / tenderness.

These bison short ribs were the best I've ever eaten. I slow cooked them and the fell off the bone. They were so tender and tasty that I made another batch to share with friends and ordered more of them. So delicious. You won't be disappointed.
