Finally got to try it. . . skillet meal, with added, potatoes, eggs, and melted cheese! Divine😋 First time trying. Looking forward to more.

Superb Bison Kielbasa Sausage A+++
This is my first time trying the Bison Kielbasa and I love it!!! Normally I make my own form of sausage from ground burger and the herbs I grow, but either the sausage is in the ground meat form or in patties as I don't have casings to stuff. Once in a while it is a real treat to have sausage in a casing. Have so appreciated the ground bison Northstar Bison sells as it is so lean and it makes absolutely awesome sausage when I make it and between getting some of Northstar's Bison Bratwurst and Kielbasa sausage now, it is clearly a winner for Northstar to make bison sausage also. Definitely would recommend to any who like sausage in a casing format.
