The Italian the summer sausage. I'm loving it. The Only meat I eat now is bison.

Delicious Bison

Purchased my first Northstar ground bison and breakfast sausage after trying some at my daughters. The ground bison was used in a spaghetti sauce. It browned and crumbled up nicely with very minimal fat. The taste was perfect, not gamey at all. The breakfast sausage was a nice addition to stuffed peppers and also breakfast eggs.

Very flavorful, and I liked that you can see the whole spices mixed into the meat so I know everything is good sourcing.
