Bison Breakfast Strips tastes really good. They don't taste the same as bacon, but a great alternative and much healthier I will definitely buy again Cook on low.

Missing but handled hassle free.

This item was left out of my order but we were credited with no problem and full understanding of the situation. It is most likely because my order was returned due to some dry ice issue and then reshipped to us. The bison ham though I will review if we may is awesome and we are getting atleast one more package on our upcoming order. Northstar always sure things are properly handled and the new shipping with brown paper around the products is something we always wanted them to do as there are no tears in our grinds and the meat is uniformly blood red elk of the best quality! Bravo to that for sure!
