That fact that you care about your product says a whole lot about the quality/company and integrity and the business you do. I love the simple REAL ingredients. REAL FOOD doesn’t need that many additives or alternatives. Just organic food with organic ingredients. Simple, simply the best pure bison jerky I’ve had and bison sticks are the best on the market I’ve ever seen or tried. Well done.

I wouldn't say it's tender because it's jerky; however, it's not overly dry or moist, with a perfect texture and excellent flavor without all the additives that commercial jerky has. Great high-protein, quality snack!

The texture was superb (like a good jerky should be), but the taste is what sent this humble piece of jerky to the next level!!… such good flavoring / the bison was not just delicious but incredibly nutritious… Could have eaten the whole bag in one setting … Unbelievable… It was that good
