Hatch Fresh Red Chile Sauce

A great sauce on its own. I made a quick set of cheese enchiladas and some juevos rancheros with it pretty much straight from the jar to a pan to warm it up. Excellent flavor and was mild if you’re worried about spice levels.

A great sauce on its own or a good starter to modify to your own liking.
