Fresh Hatch Red Chile Sauce

I’ve been searching for years for a sauce like this. It is absolutely delicious when you add some when you are making Spanish rice or chili Colorado. I can’t wait to add to some other dishes. My family give’s it two thumbs up too.

I’m still enjoying your chile after receiving it for 9 months or so. I enjoy the rich, slightly sweet flavor. Living out of state, where the ‘red’ sauce consists mostly of tomato, it’s a real treat.
