Eggplant Parmigiana

Very good overall with great ingredients and quality products made to order. Although I would love to order this again I just feel that the price for shipping and everything included just a little bit steep for my wallet. I wish there was an easier way to get your great products. But everything was really great thank you so much.

It’s hard to find eggplant parm that has peeled eggplant. That’s how my Italian mother in law made it and it’s the only way I will eat it. Glad I bought 2

WOW! My husband and I LOVED the Eggplant Parmigiana... We're pretty particular having grown up eating this dish with our families. Your version exceeded every expectation. I brought a tray to my friends' house, and it was a bit hit with them, too. Best eggplant parm I've ever eaten that wasn't made by my mother or grandmother.
