I think I make good chile Colorado but this is better. It is perfect for enchiladas - and worth planning ahead and ordering.

My husband and I love this mild Hatch Red Chile Colorado. It's a little like enchilada sauce. We put it on a lot of different things and use it in cooking for various dishes. So glad we found it.
