Horrible aftertaste and belching

I absolutely cannot tolerate the omega 3 supplement. The capsules are huge and they have a terrible taste that comes back to haunt me where I belch and taste them for hours and it’s miserable. This is definitely NOT a formula I intend to reorder again.

I have not noticed a difference. They make me burp and put a strong taste of oregano or rosemary in my mouth that’s less than pleasant.

I have been taking the product now for 8 nights and have not had any change in my wakings or poor sleep pattern. I will continue the product patiently for 60 days and then reevaluate. Thank you.
