Love every flavor of these BCAA’s! I take their creatine as well. A light touch of flavor, not super sugary like the rest. I use about 12 oz of water and it’s perfect.

Kion’s Aminos Powder has really helped my muscle recovery during and after a heavy workout day. Tastes good and works great. Definitely recommend. I sip it during my workouts too sometimes. Once you mix it, 30 to 45 minutes is about its shelf life though.
