55 year old trying to build muscle

I tried Kion aminos this month in addition to 3-4 days of strength training per week and a calorie deficit. I’ve been losing weight and building muscle with the help of a glo-1 for 2 years now’s this month I saw 3lbs of fat loss but didn’t lose any muscle af all.
