Still a bit early to tell

I have not seen a noticeable difference in either skin firmness, elasticity or joint health, but as I’m still less than a month into taking this supplement, I think it is too early to tell. I hope to come back and provide an update later on.

Was having issues with my toe and finger nails started taking this daily in my coffee over time I am know noticing improvement!
