Great probiotic! GI tract works like a charm now for this 52 year old. Not sure about inpact on metabolism but started taking as perimenopause was ramping up (2 years ago).

I love this product so far! Started out slow and have increased slowly! Easy to take, not a huge pill. No after taste.

I haven’t used it for even a month yet but it doesn’t seem to be working as well as the GL1P probiotic they used to offer. I’ve had increased cravings and bloating since I’ve switched to this version. I’m going to give it a few more months before I consider switching to something else.
