It’s too soon to fully evaluate my overall results with this product. However, I have tried every probiotic on the market and never noticed much of a difference. I have become increasingly irregular and in the past 6 months, perimenopause symptoms have intensified. I’ve gained hormonal weight and started experiencing other issues. I’m giving this a 5-star review less than 24 hours after my first dose because I noticed a response almost immediately. I missed where it is recommended with food, so I took it with my medications, supplements, and water. Followed by my morning coffee. I didn’t eat for about six hours. Throughout the day, I could feel my gut waking up. I experienced mild gas and bloating, but rather than viewing that as a negative, I see it as a sign that its getting to work. I signed up for the three-month supply to give this a fair chance. I look forward to seeing if it improves regularity, metabolism, and hormonal weight gain. I will write another review after 90 days.
