Seems to help digestion to be more comfortable. Less “heaviness” in the small intestinal tract. Can tell a difference when I forget to take them.

No Change

I have been taking this for 6 weeks along with Motility and have not noticed a single change. I will update after the recommended 90 days, but this is starting to feel scammy.
