Early Evaluation

I have not been using Kepos long enough for a full opinion, nevertheless, it's been positive so far. I recognize the possible superiority of Kepos' human milk origins over bovine colostrum--therefore my reason for experimenting. I have been using Armra bovine colostrum for a number of years and it has been very beneficial, but I can feel that so far Kepos is more gentle. I need more time to assess Kepos to re-orient my microbiome, etc. All in all, so far so good.

It really does taste like cotton candy to me. I don't mix it with water. I just drop the powder straight into my mouth so it gives the cotton candy effect. (I don't eat refined sugar sweets, so maybe that's also why I'm so receptive to the flavor and consistency.) As far as my gut health, it has only been a week (which is the half dose trial week), so I can't really tell. I never had IBS or anything like that to begin with. I'm trying to to imporve my microbiome due to perimenopause and the potential for stress, inflammation, and other things associated with "going through the change". Being proactive is the best line of defense, in my book. I'll come back to update if I notice anything significant. All-in-all, I plan on continuing to take this due to the benefits and taste.

So far it's working!

This is my 2nd week of taking Kepos but I am experiencing positive effect. Right before I started taking this supplement I was getting diarrhea daily because I was indulging in comfort food a few days in a row. Historically I suffer from paradoxical diarrhea and also leaky gut, SIBO and IBS. The first day I took it I felt my gut got calmed down and a few days later my stool became normal and I can feel it is improving a slight bit everyday but it is definitively, like they say, a compound effect so I just have to continue and be patient. I have tried many different gut products and on a very strict /limited diet and so far, I feel Kepos is on the right track for my gut to heal.
