Steady for sure
I use this with magnesium and generally fall asleep very quickly. It helps offset my caffeine intake throughout the day. I am sold on this product.

Consistent Sleep
I've noticed that Steady Spirit has helped me stay asleep for much longer than I usually can stay asleep and I've been able to sleep through the entire night without waking up, which I've not been able to do for a long time.
