Loving these products!

I've been extremely pleased with these products, the unflavored creatine mixes really well with water in the morning before my workout. Originally I was taking the fiber in the morning but I found that it works for me a little better to take it in the evening before I go to bed. The flavor is good so you could mix it with just plain water and it's not hard to get down.

Love the Creatine

I’m a fan of the creatine, it dissolves easily with no taste. The fiber however is just too sweet in the orange flavor and the unflavored gums up so quickly I can’t get it down. I can handle the orange just wish it wasn’t so sweet.
