It Works

I have been using The Pause Nutrition Creatine daily now for over 6 weeks, and I can vow that it works. Even just two weeks in I started noticing improvements in muscle development and maintenance. I look more toned and feel stronger. It is a great accompaniment to work outs and healthy eating. Highly recommend.

Working well for me

I am very happy with this creatine. It dissolves pretty well in water for me, and I like that there isn't a taste/flavor to it. It isn't as gritty as another brand I've tried. I take it about 30 mins. after my workout each day and right before dinner. I feel less tired through out the day, and I feel that it helping reduce my brain fog.

I love the larger package. The quantity is the same? But the extra space is a game changer. I wasted so much product when it was smalller.
