This is my raw honest review: if you're one of those people who needs to smell your "food" before you put it in your mouth, the medicine smell might be much. BUT if you can push past it & easy then for five days, you may notice a little difference. A nudge more energy, ability to go to sleep (maybe not stay asleep) & sleep deeply. A little less urge for snacking.
