I wont know if this helps until next year when i get my bone density scan. But i like the taste, no problems or side effects and i prefer to drink this flavored one than adding an odd texture to my coffee.

It was pouring down rain and my package was left in the doorway. Due to the wonderful Unpause bag, there was no damage to my order.

Tastes great. I have only been taking it for a couple weeks so I have not noticed any changes yet. But I enjoyed having it daily.
