Have been using for 30days my inflammation went away in my foot , was able to going back to walking my 2 miles every morning. Pills are big not at all hard on the stomach

No powder residue!
I feel like that is all I should have to say!! If you have used turmeric and gotten the yellow stains all over everything.... This is the absolute solution! I don't know what exactly is inside these capsules, but I can tell you it's not coming out all over your hands, clothes, etc! Perfection!

These Are Great
Turmeric really does help with joint issues from athletics all of my life, and these are the best ones I’ve tried … plus, they don’t “bleed” and stain your hands or anything else they come in contact with, which is awesome.
