A must try

This is the third supplement I've tried from MBG and I couldn't be happier with the results. I cycle through the magnesium with creatine for days with workouts and this cherry flavor for rest days. If you are on the fence I would say try it. The ingredients list is fantastic and why I justify spending a little more.

A great tasting way to wind down a long day.

The packet easily mixes in a glass of water and tastes great. My sleep scores have been improving too so it’s a great addition to the rest of my routine.
