Has a good taste. I like having the single serve size. Overall mostly good clean ingredients. Just started it so will see in a few weeks how well it is going.

I can’t tell you specifically what it’s doing, or why, but I see a difference in how I look and feel. In fact I was just about to order more. But to be a little more specific, I’m sleeping betters and thinking more clearly. I take it in my coffee every morning along with collagen and creatine powder.
