The Grillmaster’s Reserve

Very happy so far

We received our grillmasters assortment. The meat is well packaged and ready for the freezer. We have not had a chance to taste it yet because the grill is not installed yet. Can’t wait.

Great quality at a good value.

I was impressed with the speed and packaging. Came beautifully frozen in dry ice. All packages clearly labeled and freezer ready with thawing and cooking instructions Both pork and beef items had lovely marbeling and good color. We only cooked one thing sofar: the KC Strip Steaks. I am not usually fond of strip vs other cuts like ribeye or filet mignon because it is typically tougher. I thawed it out abd did a reverse sear by baking at 200 until internal temp or 115 then seared on the grill. Just some seasoned salt. It was delicious, cooked perfectly and the most tender strip I have ever eaten. I would hoghly recommend this for any meat lovers in your family. Much better quality snd value than those other national mail order steak companies.

It amazes me of what beef was when I was young, how awesome this beef is. The bacon was great and having the steaks tonight. Definitely appreciate the quality I have seen so far
