USDA Choice Outside Skirt Steak

The skirt steaks are the best we have ever had, including from our local butcher and local farm. They are so tender and juicy. I never freeze meat, and I was shocked how great they were. We received a gift card and decided to give it a try, and we are so glad that we did. We have already made a second large purchase and plan to buy many more! Can't wait to try the other cuts!

My package arrived and I immediately set out one of the Strip Steaks to grill the next evening. Excellent flavor. I will be ordering from 44 Farms again and again. For anyone who has the equipment, the beef ribs are excellent from my smoker.

You can't find this cut where I live on the east coast. Grilled over coal with just salt and pepper. Great flavor and very tender. I knew it was good when my picky eaters asked why it's so good, if I made it a new way. The only thing different was where I purchased the meat. I have some other cuts to try but I will likely be making a larger purchase soon.
