USDA Choice Outside Skirt Steak

This skirt steak, especially for choice, was juicy, and tender in a way that skirt steak rarely is. I didnt marinate this one either. I preseasond with a black pepper garlic powder blend and threw it over a hot flame for about 21/2 minutes per side. Kosher salt flaked on the platter, delicious! I can imagine how good they would be with a marinade.

The skirt steaks were the best I’ve had in such a long time. I would encourage any skirt steak loves to make your orders. You won’t e disappointed.

I ordered the 12 Outer skirt steaks for a family birthday dinner. It’s our favorite cut which we get from our local butcher shop in Boerne, TX but cannot get when at our Ohio house. We were told it’s a regional offering. It did not disappoint!
