The flavor is incredibly rich and concentrated—everything you want from dry aging, but still clean and balanced. The texture was unbelievably tender, almost buttery, with a perfect sear that developed a beautiful crust while staying juicy inside. What really stood out was the depth of flavor—you get that subtle nutty, umami profile without it being overpowering. It’s clear a lot of care went into both the aging process and the quality of the cut itself. If you’re looking for a steak that feels like a true steakhouse experience at home, this is it. Easily one of the best filets I’ve had.
