USDA Choice Bone-In Short Ribs

The meat came just as it should, frozen solid. This was the first time I have ever made short-rib and it was phenomenal!!!! I cooked it low and slow (4 Hrs. at 285 F) in a red wine/beef stock reduction. We will definitely be doing it again. The meat was very high quality, I would have thought it was Prime, not Choice.

FYI I sent you guys a photo a couple weeks ago to receive the 10% off my next order but unfortunately I wasn’t able to apply the 10% to my last order.
