These ribs were tremendous! So big and incredibly tender. With a simple salt, pepper, and garlic powder rub prior to popping them into the smoker, they came out so moist and tender that you could cut them with a spoon! We’ll definitely be doing these again and kudos to 44 steaks for such an amazing product.
