USDA Choice Bone-In Short Ribs

I was hesitant to drop serious cash on a cut I’d never cooked before, but these short ribs absolutely shattered my expectations. They required only minor trimming and cleaned up incredibly easily. I smoked them using a Meat Church recipe, and they turned out melt-in-your-mouth tender, earning absolute rave reviews from the entire family. If you are cooking these for the first time, just be warned: estimating one whole rib per person is way too generous because these things are massive and incredibly rich. Luckily, over-estimating just meant we ended up with some mind-blowing leftovers the next day. If you are on the fence about the price, just buy them—you won't regret it!

I was very impressed with the delivery timeline, packaging and product. This was a special occasion, research was done and (above my usual habits) money was spent. Zero regrets. Literally couldn’t believe this was a “choice” grade rack. Best bbq we’ve ever experienced at my house.
