Stone Oven Bürli Bread

I love the taste of this bread. It goes with everything from preserves for breakfast, a tuna or chicken salad sandwich for lunch or as a typical German dinner with deli ham or turkey and a whole plethora of cheeses. Even as an accompaniment to a hearty soup it is delicious. ❤️

I was genuinely impressed with this bread. The flavor is spot‑on and tastes just like the fresh, hearty loaves you’d find in Germany. I love all the breads I have tried so far. I only cook for myself now. I have a lot of bread left to use. Everything is so good though. I ate an entire sourdough loaf in one day. I made it as soon as I got my box. The rolls make good buns for hamburgers. They don't get soggy like regular buns do.
