Quick way to flavor a pot of beans
Sometimes I just need to used canned white beans (sorry Rancho Gordo!) and this miso is great way to get flavor in a relatively short period of time.

Tomato Miso
This is one of my favorite Shared Cultures’ misos, possibly THE favorite. The concentrated tomato flavor adds punchiness to so many dishes—soups, pasta, beans, vegetables, with butter on toasted baguette, so many things. ♥️
