Drier and harder than others

The taste was decent, but it was definitely drier and harder/firmer than most smoked salmon I've had from other companies. For the price I expected a higher quality food. Most other high end smoked salmon has certain parts that are firmer, then other parts that are more pillowy and melt in your mouth; this wasn't found here, it was all the same firmness. I'm not sure if I received a bad batch or what.

I got the smoked sockeye. It was one of the best I’ve had in a very long time. I went to school University of Washington and worked in Alaska living in Texas. You don’t get that kind of smoke sockeye or salmon quality of Services. Unbelievable getting it to Horseshoe Bay, Texas, but the taste was unbelievable. I’m sad that I haven’t had it in a while, but I’m pleased to have it now. They do a fantastic job thank you.
