I've begun to experiment with bloody rind cheeses. One recipe called for GEO17. I knew I could find it here. NECM is reliable and I sure appreciate the package tracking they supply.

Soft white and fuzzy!
After reading many reviews and stories of people struggling to make Camembert Cheese I finally gave it a try what a joy to see a beautiful white fuzzy coating. I look forward to eating this with friends!
