Game Changer! No grogginess in the morning!
This works GREAT! No groggy, drugged feeling AND it works! I've tried many other products, like melatonin and GABA, which are fine, but this one is a sure thing for getting in some solid sleep! The tart cherry flavor kicks you in the taste buds, but the results are worth it.

No effect, didn’t love the packaging or added dyes
Wanted to like these more than I did. I got a box of three to try, and had absolutely no difference in sleep using them. I’m guessing it’s the kind of thing where you have to take them consistently over a long time to see an effect, but that feel extremely environmentally wasteful (each shot is its own plastic bottle). I also didn’t like how they added food dye to the product - why? I love plain tart cherry juice, and I think I’ll stick to that.

Thank you for the low sugar option!
I was eager to try the original version until I realized the sugar content, which is not ideal for me personally before bed so super excited about this new version. Convenient, easy to take or add to some sparkling water for a refreshing pre bed beverage. They don’t knock me out but have taken after hard days or races and wake up feeling more refreshed. Curious to see what consistent usage will bring.
