Great pre workout stimulus
I start every morning with this pre workout beverage. It has just enough caffeine to get the wheels turning and motivate early morning yoga and outdoor running workouts all winter winter long. Blackberry peach is a great flavor, not to sweet, a little tart, just as I like it.

Amazing
You can really feel the delayed-release caffeine in this product. The energy boost lasts for at least a 2-hour workout (I have not tried longer). No GI issues. Taste is fine. Best pre-workout product I have used.
